Book Summary
|
Elmer is an elephant. He comes across some hippos and
their pond is dried out so they ask if they can use the elephants. Elmer
thinks that it is a great idea because if his pond dried out then maybe he
could use the hippos. He tells all of his other friends his idea. They agree
but the pond is crowded. Elmer sees that rocks are blocking the water to flow
in the hippo’s pond so he tells everyone that if they all work together then
they can get the water to run again. Everyone pitches in and the water is
back in the hippo’s pond.
