Book Summary
|
Toby is on her way to town with her mom and dad. She is
riding in the back of a wagon and her parents hit a bump that sends her
flying through the air. She falls right in front of a wolf. She fends off
five other animals by trading items of her clothing for her safety. At the
end of the book the animals run around a tree and turn into maple syrup that
Toby uses on her pancakes for dinner.
